what materials are used?
each piece is handcrafted in your choice of 14K solid gold, gold vermeil (sterling silver with 2.5 microns of 24K gold), or rhodium-plated sterling silver. made-to-order with care by local artisans for a sustainable touch.
how long will it take to ship?
please allow up to 40 working days for your personalized piece to be crafted and shipped. If you’ve ordered other items, your full order will ship together once your custom jewelry is ready.
can i exchange or return my personalized piece?
personalized jewelry is final sale – no returns, exchanges, or store credit. Double-check your chosen text before placing your order!
how do i care for my jewelry?
to keep your precious jewelry the way they are, a bit of TLC goes a long way
  • store pieces separately in a cool, dry place (we recommend our satin pouch).
  • solid gold can be worn daily and cleaned with warm water and a soft brush.
  • for vermeil, avoid moisture and chemicals. After each wear, gently buff your jewelry with a polishing cloth to keep it shiny.
Is warranty provided?
yes! all of our demi-fine and fine jewelry comes with a lifetime care plan (applicable for online & in-store purchases!) for any manufacturing defects. it doesn’t cover damage from everyday wear, accidents, or improper use, but don’t worry—we’re here to help with repairs at affordable rates.
