How is free shipping calculated if I'm shopping in my local currency?
Free shipping eligibility is calculated based on USD. For orders in other currencies, your order value will need to be the minimum spend depending on your shipping rates and the current conversion rates to be entitled for free shipping.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Page for estimated delivery time. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO or DPO).

Please ensure that your order is addressed to a secure location, as we cannot be responsible or liable for lost packages which have arrived at the correct location. In the event that your package is lost, we will do our best to assist you, but we highly encouraged customers to contact our delivery partners directly about any misssing, lost, undelivered or abandoned packages.

You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress. All orders are shipped via FedEx, except for Brazil, Ethiopia, Jersey, Malaysia, Philippines, Serbia, Slovakia and Uzbekistan.

Please provide an accurate home / office delivery address, email address and mobile number to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery. Please do ensure someone is at your home / office to receive your parcel.

If you have pre-ordered item/s within your order, the whole order will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the item/s are back in stock (within the timeframe stated on the pre-order product page).

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and can vary depending on the part of the world you are in – if your country is not included in the chart above, please visit our detailed Shipping Page for more information. Note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.

For customers in Australia, please note that Parcel Locker shipments will be delivered by Australia Post. The tracking number provided will be for the first-mile courier service by FedEx. FedEx will mark your parcel as ‘delivered’ upon handing over your parcel to Australia Post, whereby a new tracking number will be generated. After this step, you may contact FedEx to obtain your new tracking number in order to trace your parcel via Australia Post.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.

What is Pre-Order?
We all love a fan favorite! Pre-order items are sold out bestsellers that are currently being re-ordered. These jewels will come back in stock on a specific date as stated. Don’t miss out and pre-order your coveted jewel now – just add to cart!

If you have pre-ordered item/s within your order, the whole order will be placed on hold and shipped altogether when the item/s are back in stock (within the timeframe stated on the pre-order product page).
How can I edit my shipping address?
If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly email us here as soon as your order has been placed, and we will make the necessary adjustments.

We are unable to make changes to your address once the order has been shipped and no refund will be provided if the address is deemed wrong/invalid by the courier company during delivery.
What happens if my parcel(s) fail to be delivered or picked up?
As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees (please refer to the table above) will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.

Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number is accurate, to ensure your gorgeous goodies gets to you as quickly as possible!
Will I be charged handling fees, duties and taxes?
You may be charged for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person/company receiving the parcel. If required by local authorities, the courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices or proof of payment, to facilitate customs clearance. Please note that gifts will still need to go through standard import procedures, as determined by the custom laws in each designation country, and are taxable if the value of the gift is above a stated local threshold.
How much will I be charged for handling fees, duties and taxes?
Wanderlust + Co has no control over these charges and are unable to advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Kindly contact your local customs office for current import charges before you order, to confirm your local tax and duty fees.

My Order

Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its delivery activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into your Wanderlust + Co account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.

Please ensure that your order is addressed to a secure location, as we cannot be responsible or liable for lost packages which have arrived at the correct location. In the event that your package is lost, we will do our best to assist you, but we highly encouraged customers to contact our delivery partners directly about any missing, lost, undelivered or abandoned packages.
Can I edit my order?

No cancellation is allowed after an order has been placed.
How will my jewels arrive?
At Wanderlust + Co, we are making a shift towards an even more conscious choice of packaging, and reducing waste. Every order is packed in our premium Wanderlust + Co gift box (up to 3 pieces per box) that doubles up as a jewelry storage box.
Each jewel is also individually packed in a branded sleeve.

We are currently transitioning from our current swing tag and poly bag packaging, to a single recyclable and reusable zip-lock bag that is crafted with LDPE (low density polyethylene).

During this transition, your orders might be received with a combination of the two packaging.

We appreciate your kind understanding and patience as we make this conscious change. Thanks for saving the planet with us!

At Wanderlust + Co, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and do not condone identity or credit card theft. Please note that our team may be in touch if your order has been flagged by our filtration system or payment gateway as fraudulent. If you are unable to verify your transaction within the stipulated timeframe, kindly note that we have a right to cancel your order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is Wanderlust + Co’s returns / exchanges policy?
Kindly note that returns or exchanges are NOT allowed in the circumstances outlined below:
  • Change of mind
  • Earrings due to hygiene purposes
  • Sets containing earrings 
  • FINAL SALE items (i.e - Products priced at 40% discount and above)

In the event that you've received the wrong or defective item, kindly contact us here within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Note on earrings: Due to the nature of the metal that we use for our earring posts, it is normal that it may get slightly bent during transit. Rest assured that your jewels are not damaged - please gently push the post back into its original spot to re-align the earring post.

What should I do if I receive a wrong product?
We are so terribly sorry if you've received a product different from what you've ordered. Please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will be sure to get you the Wanderlust + Co pieces you ordered instead!

Yes, it is necessary for you to first be in touch with us via email, prior to sending the parcel(s) back to Wanderlust + Co in order for us to process your return request accurately.
Will I be notified when you receive the returned items?
We will only be in touch once the returned items have been received and processed. Kindly check your delivery status via the tracking number provided by your chosen courier.
When will I receive my refunds?
Once your order arrives back at Wanderlust + Co, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed and verified. We will be in touch via email.
Will my shipping fee be refunded?
Refund value is based on the product(s) purchased only. Shipping fee will not be refunded or be available to be used as a store credit.
Are returns free?
Note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by you. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping method that is available, which includes tracking.

Product & Repair

What are Wanderlust + Co’s jewels made of?
Wanderlust + Co’s jewels are hand-crafted using a variety of high-quality materials, including suede, glass, beads, cubic zirconia stones and metal. Our metal pieces are usually recycled brass and/or stainless steel, plated with 14K-24K gold or Rhodium silver unless otherwise stated.

Most of our plated jewelries are finished off with a layer of e-coating to ensure they maintain their luster and shine for much longer. Short for electrophoretic coating, e-coating is a process of immersing our plated jewels in a water-based solution containing a semi-transparent mixture of emulsion. This added layer of goodness which we add on to each of our designs, is to ensure every piece shines and lasts longer.

Our jewels are put together by hand, and as a result there can sometimes be slight differences in color, size and finishing of the materials or embellishments – all part of the charm of handmade products!

Stones, feathers, leather and other organic materials are frequently used in our designs. Due to its natural source, slight inconsistencies of color, size and texture is part of its unique characteristics.

Are your jewels nickel free?
All our jewels are Lead-free, Cadmium-free and Nickel-free.
How do I find my ring size?
To find your best fit, please refer to this Ring Size Chart and follow the measuring instructions. You may also print out our guide which comes with a ring sizer here.

Adjustable rings can fit from size 5 – 8 unless stated otherwise.

How do I wear my flat back earrings?

Our flat back earrings are designed and developed for long term comfort and sleeping, and comes in two sizes:

6mm post length suitable for healed piercings only.
8mm post length recommended for fresh piercings, optimized for a bit of swelling space and comfortable healing. Bring this earring to your piercer to be sterilized prior to needle piercing.

The secure screw closure may require a little manoeuvring for a first time user. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to wear the flat back earrings if you are doing it on your own:

  1. Ensure your hands are clean and sanitized.
  2. Gently insert the earring post from the back of your ear.
  3. Angle the earring head so that the pin or hole aligns with the post.
  4. Gently screw the head in a clockwise direction into the post until firmly secured.
  5. To remove your earring, gently unscrew the head of the earring in a counter-clockwise direction.
How do I wear my barbell earrings?

Our barbell earrings are designed and developed for long term comfort and sleeping. It comes in a 6mm post length and recommended for healed piercings only.

  1. Ensure your hands are clean and sanitized.
  2. Gently insert the earring post from the front of your ear.

  4. Screw the back in a clockwise direction into the post until firmly secured.
  5. To remove your earring, gently unscrew the back of the earring in a counter-clockwise direction.
Does the jewelry last long?
All of our jewels are designed to be “shower-safe” - the pieces will not rust or tarnish.

Kindly note that with frequent contact with water the plating of the piece may fade gently over time, with the usage of body care products.

Do avoid contact with alcohol based products such as sanitizer and perfumes, as frequent contact will speed up the fading of the plating.

The gemstones of the pieces may dull over time as the body care products can form a thin layer over them. You may use a soft toothbrush with warm water to gently brush the residue away. Additionally, we have a Jewel Polishing Cloth Set, to help remove the residue and general oxidation on the piece.

New vs. Well-loved

How do I care for my jewelry?
All of our products are wear tested by real people for 30 days and go through quality checks to ensure you receive the best jewels.

However, every jewel still deserves a little loving and care!
Prolong their shine by avoiding contact with chemicals and moisture‚ such as hand sanitizer, household cleaners and pool water. If possible, remove rings before washing your hands or applying hand sanitizer.

How to clean
  • We recommend using our Jewel Polishing Cloth to wipe your jewelry pieces after wearing them to remove natural body oils, sweat or residue, to maintain the lustre and shine of your jewels, and to reduce chances of tarnishing. Please note: Our polishing cloth is coated with silver wiping powder - effective in removing the oxide layer on your jewel pieces, however, it will not remove any scratches or marks. Be gentle while polish as the cloth can be abrasive.


  • How to store
  • Gold and silver plated jewelry will also eventually tarnish or discolor if left out in the open air. To preserve the condition of your gorgeous pieces, it is recommended that you store your accessories in a neat and cool place, or in a jewelry box when packing for your wanderlusting travels!
  • How do I care for my bags?

    Our bags are crafted from vegan leather and/or 100% cotton canvas which are GRS (Global Recycled Standard), GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) or Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. Here is a step-by-step guide to cleaning your bags by hand:

    1. Gently brush off all debris and dirt from the outside and inside of your bag.
    2. Dampen a cleaning cloth or sponge with a solution of mild laundry detergent or soap diluted with water.
    3. In circular motions, gently rub or buff any stains with a cleaning cloth or soft sponge to gently remove them.
    4. Dab the area with a clean cloth or sponge bag dampened with clean cool water.
    5. Leave your bag out to dry naturally by hanging it up. Do not wring the bag, as it may distort the shape of the bag.
    6. Use only cold water for the steps above, to avoid shrinkage.

    Yes, we do! Our jewelry repair service is available only for our demi-fine range (sterling silver base jewelry only).

    Fees apply for repairs are dependant on type of repair and submitted time period of your warranty, or if your jewelry is not covered by warranty.     What is demi-fine jewelry?
    Our demi-fine jewelry is hand-crafted with care by our artisans and designed with the intention of bringing you the best in affordable luxury.

    Vermeil gems are plated in 2.5 microns thick 14K gold, over a durable sterling silver base and studded with semi-precious gemstones, from topaz to opals.

    Basically, they’re cool classics with premium quality and craftsmanship, without the crazy markups.
    What is vermeil made of?
    Vermeil pieces are sterling silver that has been plated with gold. We specifically use 14K gold to bring you a champagne hue that suits all skin tones and 2.5 microns thick plating so your pieces last in all occasions.
    What is Sterling Silver?
    Sterling Silver is over 90% pure silver, mixed with other metals to add strength and durability to your jewelry so you can wear them on the daily.
    Can I get my demi-fine jewelry engraved?
    Yes! We now offer engraving services for select pieces from our much-loved Demi-Fine collection. You can choose from a selection of necklaces and rings, consciously crafted with 925 sterling silver bases, 2.5 microns thick 14k gold vermeil and studded with semi-precious gemstones. Engrave your favorite mantra, name, or the initials of your loved ones onto these demi-fine keepsake jewels. As each piece is individually engraved, please note that there might be slight variances in appearance across each individual engraved piece.
    How do I care for my vermeil pieces?
    These beautiful styles will become staples you will feel good about, transcending all trends and to be worn with love. They also keep their shine a lot longer than gold plated jewels. BUT to keep your precious jewelry the way they are, a bit of TLC goes a long way:

    • Store your vermeil pieces individually, preferably in your Wanderlust + Co linen pouch. Keep them in a cool and dry place.
    • Handle your jewelry with care and avoid aggressive activities to keep semi precious gemstones in place.
    • They do last longer than gold plated jewels BUT proactive maintenance will keep them as you first got them. Avoid harsh chemicals like cleaners and hand sanitizers to prolong the durability of your jewels - humidity and sweat may oxidize and tarnish your pieces over time.
    • To keep tarnish from setting in, clean your jewelry after every wear by wiping gently with our Jewel Polishing Cloth. Take note: Be gentle as polishing cloths can be abrasive. Don't over polish.
    Is warranty provided?
    Yes, it is! Our demi-fine jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches, broken chain, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of product, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Kindly reach out to us here, should you have any burning questions waiting to be answered.

    What materials are the personalized nameplate jewelry made of?
    Each nameplate jewelry is made thick, individually casted and handcrafted in 3 premium materials: 14K genuine solid gold, gold vermeil (sterling silver with 2.5 microns thick 24K gold) or sterling silver (sterling silver with rhodium plating).     • Store your pieces individually, preferably in your Wanderlust + Co linen pouch. Keep them in a cool and dry place.
    • Handle your jewelry with care and avoid aggressive activities to keep your jewels away from harm.
    • Our solid gold pieces never need to be taken off. Wear them on the daily and keep your favourites close! Keep your gold pieces good as new by scrubbing them gently with a very soft brush and warm water.
    • To ensure longevity of your vermeil jewels, remove your pieces when you shower, swim or exercise. Avoid perfumes, hairspray and other chemicals to prolong the durability of your jewels - humidity and sweat may oxidize your pieces over time.
    • Clean your jewelry after every wear by buffing gently with a polishing cloth, this helps maintain its shine.
    Is warranty provided?
    Yes, it is! Our personalized nameplate jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches, broken chain, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of product, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. We are currently transitioning from our current swing tag and poly bag packaging, to a single recyclable and reusable zip-lock bag that is crafted with LDPE (low density polyethylene).

    All Wanderlust + Co orders will be processed in US Dollars (USD). The currency converter is a convenient tool for your reference and only provides an estimated value.

    How do I redeem my points?
    You can choose to spend your points at the checkout, but please ensure you are logged into your account. Once you have at least 300 points, you’ll have the option to redeem your points starting with a US$10 voucher. You can redeem your points with vouchers here.

    Once you reach the eligible number of points, vouchers will appear redeemable under the ‘Your rewards’ section of the dashboard.     Yes. The points will be refunded to your account if an item is returned and refunded.     Replacement:

    • Any replacement for defects and damages must be within 14-days of purchase with proof of purchase
    • Replacements for defective items must be collected in store
    • 1-year warranty is only valid for sterling silver, gold vermeil and solid gold products.

    Exchange:

    • Any exchange must be within 7-days of purchase with proof of purchase
    • Exchange items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging
    • We accept exchanges for different sizes of same item only
    • If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a higher price than the original purchase price, you will be required to top up the balance
    • If the product for which you wish to exchange is of a lower price, the balance amount will not be refunded

    What's your warranty & repair policy?
    Our sterling silver, gold vermeil and solid gold jewellery are under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material and workmanship) for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

    This does not cover scratches, broken chain, damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of product, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

    We currently offer jewellery repair services for the categories mentioned above.

    Fees apply for repairs that are submitted after your warranty has expired, or if your jewellery is not covered by warranty.

    Repairs are from RM90 - RM150, and will differ on a case-to-case basis, due to the artisanal nature of the jewellery repair process. Our team will confirm the repair fees upon evaluating your jewellery.
    Is any online sale applicable in-store?
    We frequently run brand-wide sales. However, unless otherwise stated, if a sale is available online, it will be for online purchase only and not available in our Wanderlust + Co pop-up stores or stockists. Fret not though, we have many exciting in-store offers, so don’t miss out!
    Are all collections available in-store?

    Who are your piercers?
    We have our trained Wanderlust + Co piercing stylists who would have received thorough training & guidance from official Studex Piercing trainers to ensure full confidence from our piercing clients.

    Every session will include an after-care kit and advise by our piercer.
    What type of piercing method is used?
    Wanderlust + Co piercings are made with STUDEX® System 75 piercing system which is a “touch-free” on-the-spot piercing service that’s safe, hygienic and virtually pain-free.

    The device we use mainly differs with the traditional piercing guns in its gentle yet quick hand-pressure accuracy when pierced as opposed to a spring-loaded “shooting” mechanism of piercing guns.
    How much do you charge per piercing?
    Our piercing service is free with a purchase of our hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel piercing jewelry which ranges from MYR75, SGD45 (~USD$25) - MYR90, SGD50(~USD$29) per piercing.
    We offer a pair piercing price where you can save up to MYR35, SGD35(~USD$19).
    Are there any restrictions?
    We cannot pierce you if you have taken any blood thinning medication (i.e. Aspirin), recreational drugs or alcohol in the 24 hours beforehand, or if you are pregnant or are nursing. You must have eaten in the last 4 hours before getting your ears pierced, to avoid feeling ill or faint.

    If you are below 18 years old, ensure you have a parent/guardian with you to sign a consent form before piercing.

    The minimum age for our piercing service is 3 years old and above.
    What jewelry is used for piercing?
    All of our piercing jewels are crafted from hypoallergenic surgical stainless steel.
    When can I change my piercing?
    This is all dependent on how your piercing is healing. We recommend waiting at least 6 weeks for lobe piercings and 12 weeks for cartilage. Once this time has passed you are fine to change your jewelry but the piercing may still get irritated from time to time, if this happens we recommend going back to your piercing care routine until it calms.
    Can I be pierced with my own jewelry?
    Due to sterilization needs, we do not pierce with jewelry that is not from Wanderlust + Co.
    How do I wear my flat back earrings?

    Our flat back earrings are designed and developed for long term comfort and sleeping, and comes in two sizes:

    6mm post length suitable for healed piercings only.
    8mm post length recommended for fresh piercings, optimized for a bit of swelling space and comfortable healing. Bring this earring to your piercer to be sterilized prior to needle piercing.

    The secure screw closure may require a little manoeuvring for a first time user. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to wear the flat back earrings if you are doing it on your own:

    1. Ensure your hands are clean and sanitized.
    2. Gently insert the earring post from the back of your ear.
    3. Angle the earring head so that the pin or hole aligns with the post.
    4. Gently screw the head in a clockwise direction into the post until firmly secured.
    5. To remove your earring, gently unscrew the head of the earring in a counter-clockwise direction.
    How do I wear my barbell earrings?

    Is warranty provided?

    Within 2 weeks - Complimentary re-welding warranty. Gold jump ring will be provided with this service. Not valid on loss of chain.

    Over 2 weeks - Re-welding service can be provided for SGD12/ RM40. Gold jump ring will be provided with this service. Not valid on loss of chain.

    You will need to present your receipt in order to claim the warranty.
    Can welded bracelets be removed?
    Although they are meant to “forever”, if you do need to take it off they can be removed with a pair of sharp scissors at the jump ring.
