Refund policy
Kindly note that returns or exchanges are NOT allowed in the circumstances outlined below:
- Change of mind
- Earrings due to hygiene purposes
- Sets containing earrings
- FINAL SALE items (i.e - Products priced at 40% discount and above)
- Chain breakage, damaged and tarnished products. Kindly refer here on how to care for your jewel
- Personalization
- Apparel
In the event that you've received the wrong or defective item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Note on earrings: Due to the nature of the metal that we use for our earring posts, it is normal that it may get slightly bent during transit. Rest assured that your jewels are not damaged - please gently push the post back into its original spot to re-align the earring post.
All orders are carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping. Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item. Note we are only able to provide refunds in limited circumstances.
Credits or exchanges are only offered in certain circumstances where reasonable but do contact us with your request within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently. Exchanges will need to be shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt.
Items which are priced at 50% off or more upon checkout are considered FINAL SALE items and are not eligible for an exchange or store credit. Earrings are not eligible for an exchange or store credit due to hygiene purposes.
Note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by the customer. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost effective shipping that is available, that includes tracking.
