how long will it take for my order to ship?

orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). Please refer to our shipping page for estimated delivery times.

you'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. If your order includes pre-order items, it will ship in full once all items are in stock (as stated on the product page).

australia customers: parcel locker deliveries are handled by Australia Post. your FedEx tracking will show "delivered" once the parcel is handed over. for the new tracking number, please contact FedEx.

we are not responsible for delays due to customs, local duties/taxes, or lost parcels in transit.

what is pre-order?

pre-order items are sold out bestsellers that are currently being re-ordered. These jewels will come back in stock on a specific date as stated. Don’t miss out and pre-order your coveted jewel now – just add to cart!

how can I edit my shipping address?

if you'd like your order shipped to a different address, please email us here immediately after placing your order.

once your order has shipped, we’re unable to make any changes. No refunds will be issued if the courier deems the address incorrect or invalid.

what if my parcel(s) fail to be delivered or picked up?

customers are responsible for any costs related to parcels returned to us due to missed deliveries, incorrect/incomplete addresses, or uncollected items. Standard shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
