what are your demi-fine jewels made of?
our demi-fine pieces are crafted with a 925 sterling silver base, plated with 14k–18k gold or rhodium silver, and finished with e-coating to keep them shining longer. natural stones and pearls may have slight variations—part of the charm of handmade pieces. exact materials are listed on each product page.
are your jewels nickel-free?
absolutely! all of our jewels are lead-free, cadmium-free, and nickel-free, so they’re gentle on sensitive skin.
how are my demi-fine jewels packaged?
we believe that these jewelries are perfect little gifts for your loved ones, or for yourself! In hopes of sparking joy, each demi-fine piece is packaged in an exclusively designed linen pouch that doubles as a storage bag.
how do i care for my vermeil pieces?
they keep their shine a lot longer than gold plated jewels. BUT to keep your precious jewelry the way they are, a bit of TLC goes a long way: keep your vermeil jewels in a cool, dry place, ideally in your Wanderlust + Co pouch. avoid harsh chemicals like cleaners and hand sanitizers. clean them after each wear with our Jewel Polishing Cloth (gently!) to keep them looking their best.
is warranty provided?
yes! all of our demi-fine and fine jewelry comes with a lifetime care plan (applicable for online & in-store purchases!) for any manufacturing defects. it doesn’t cover damage from everyday wear, accidents, or improper use, but don’t worry—we’re here to help with repairs at affordable rates.
