The Operations Team is responsible for maintaining seamless behind-the-scenes flow of our Wanderlust + Co world. The Operations Team is the heartbeat of the brand. We’re a fast growing, high-energy team with a passion for what we do.
As the Operations Executive for Wanderlust + Co, you will be responsible for managing orders and assist with inventory control, plus providing additional support to the operations team.

Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to) –
40% - Planning
Effectively manage and cultivate the Operations team, ensuring smooth operations in the department, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
Proactively identify operational risks and implement mitigation or contingency plans
Streamline operational processes and procedures to enhance scalability managing retail/wholesale orders, PR deliveries, and re-deliveries, working with relevant teams (marketing & PR, wholesale) to optimize delivery timelines for all orders and shipments.
Driving aspects of inventory control and movement, including receiving and inspecting new season product shipments, daily shipments, warehouse storage and stocktakeBi-weekly warehouse visit especially during major inbound/ outbound.
Ensure quality and customer-service standards are met, identify and assist the team on resolving day to day issues and implement improvements communication across customer service communication (returns, exchanges, QC, shipment tracking)
Lead discussion with customer service to share best practices and facilitate the exchange of ideas. To ensure we are meeting customer expectations within SOP
40% - Execution
·Foster a culture of ongoing improvement within the team
·To ensure warehouse is well managed with functions and flow, ensuring team is adhering to timelines – visiting the warehouse at least 1x a week, with more frequency during peak season
·To accountable and manage the team on ensure all orders and pre-orders are shipped within the promised time frame to the customers
·Conduct stock takes and monitoring to ensure the team is meeting KPIs
·Ensure respective teams to process inbound/outbound to/from HQ office by adhering SOP
·Assisting on offline operation, ensure smooth operation in inventory management – visiting retail stores at least 2x a month for stocktake and inventory checking, with more frequency during peak season
Managing and assist 3PL on pick and pack (when required), stock take
20% - Post-Mortem
·Accountable for monthly and quarterly reporting for product quality checks, shipping, and customer service reports to aid operational performance improvement
·Bi-weekly warehouse visit especially during major inbound/outbound or peak period for Ecommerce
·On-going and continuous omnichannel reporting and operations improvements that are required for ops, merch, production and finance to work fluently together
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications Needed
·At least 2 years of experience with the core responsibilities, including warehouse operation process, orders fulfilment management, and vendor relations. Previous work experience of 1-2 years in customer service, stock management or office administration is a bonus for this Position
·Minimum SPM or Diploma holder – degree a bonus
·Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel) and email management
·Strong verbal & written communication skills (English)
