Brand Executive
Wanderlust + Co is looking for a creative, detail-oriented and organized Brand Executive to support both the Brand and Merchandising teams in bringing our collections and campaigns to life. This junior-level role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, product development, and creating meaningful brand experiences from concept to customer — across both digital and physical spaces.
You’ll work cross-functionally to support seasonal launches, product development, brand campaigns, and visual merchandising planning — ensuring that everything from design ideas to store displays reflects the essence of Wanderlust + Co: sustainability, empowerment, and self-expression.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development, Trend Research & VM (50%)
- Support the design and development of new collections — from concepting and trend research to sampling and packaging
- Assist in researching fashion, digital, and retail trends to inform product direction and VM planning
- Maintain product design files, specifications, and visual references for internal reviews and supplier coordination
- Collaborate with CEO and Chief of Staff to develop display ideas, styling guidelines, and visual merchandising tools for product launches and in-store experiences
- Contribute to the creation of moodboards, planograms, and other VM assets that align with seasonal storytelling and brand aesthetics
Brand Marketing & Campaigns (30%)
- Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal campaigns, cultural brand moments, and product storytelling
- Support the creation of content for social media, email, and other brand channels
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain visual and narrative consistency across platforms
- Contribute brand ideas and visual merchandising input to enhance campaign rollouts, pop-ups, and brand activations
- Assist Founder & CEO with personal content that aligns with brand direction, as well as channel expansion, such as podcasts, lives, TikTok and other relevant social channels
Production & Supplier Coordination (20%)
- Liaise with suppliers on sampling, sourcing, and production timelines
- Help track pricing, product costing, and supplier communication across orders
- Update calendars with collection and production milestones, including VM deadlines
- Support quality checks, shipment tracking, and coordination of packaging, gifting, or PR materials
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in product development, design, marketing, or merchandising
- Degree or background in Fashion Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, Event Design, or Visual Merchandising Design
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized
